A to the MEN!!!!!

We have Travel Clearance....it's official folks! We'll be a family of 4 next Thursday morning when Big J and Lil' J arrive home!!!!!!

Big J and my mom are headed to Korea and Miss C , myself and the rest of the clan will be here holding down the fort!!!

Jae's Visa

Well it was issued yesterday in Korea at the US Embassy! So, really we should get the Travel Clearance call this week!!!!

Thanks to all of you for all of your encourgement, thoughts and prayers throughout this lengthy journey.....we hope we're on the downhill slide now....and that we'll soon....VERY SOON...be a family of 4!!!!

Happy Easter

Hope everyone had a great Easter. We hadn't planned anything, not knowing what our situation would be....but we ended up getting to celebrate with both our families!

We know that all Jae's info is back at the US Embassy in Seoul and all they need to do is schedule the Visa Interview, issue the Visa, and then we'll get TC (travel clearance)! Pray that all of that can happen early this week!

So Fun!!!

Well, It's getting so exciting around here! So, in Korea they carry the babies around in carriers everywhere! Usually, they carry them on their backs as well! I researched, got opinions from other mom's and decided on the Beco Baby Carrier! You can carry on front and back...and it goes up until age 4! They had several adorable fabrics...but the only one Jay would "OK" is the one that looks like a cow hide...for when he wears it!!!! It really is precious! In addition, they had a mini in Miss C's size so she can carry her animals around and be just like mommy! She was so excited and looked just adorable!

We also finally took the plunge and got our boy some CLOTHES! We have been holding out, waiting on a size update...but it just might not happen so we went for it! It was LOTS of fun! He may be here in the next couple of weeks and we thought he might not want to be naked when he meets his huge family of friends!!!!!

The last outfit is for Easter....it's not looking like we'll be home for Easter at this point.....but we'll pull it out whenever we do come home and have our own Easter with sweet Jae Min! (it looks bigger than it is...it's just 9-12 month....)

Little Jae's got a Passport!!!!!

Well, we just got one BIG step closer to bringing our little man home!!!!!! Our agency let us know earlier that He's got his Passport! Now he'll just go for his visa interview at the US Embassy in Seoul (not sure what they'll ask an almost 9 months old!

Seriously getting close folks....like maybe next week or the next we'll leave! I'd love to be home for Easter...but that's a long shot! Anything can happen though!

All I can say is I hope he's not afraid of animals!!!!!

We have EP!!

What's EP you say? That's Emigration Permission from the Korean Govt for Jae Min. Next comes the issuing of his passport, then his Visa interview at the US Embassy (we know all the paperwork is already there waiting on him)!

So, what does that mean? Well, we could get it all this week, or it could still be a few weeks out.....but at least we have EP now and that is what sets all the others in motion!

We are thankful to say the least. Thanks for all of your prayers and thoughtful words...keep 'em coming!

Another Month without Him

Today our precious son is 8 months old! It's another month that we continue to stare at his picture and long to hold him in our arms....

It seems as though time is standing still with our paperwork, but is speeding by with Jae's age. Oh, how I am sad at what we are missing each and every day, but look forward to the day that we start making memories and sharing milestones together as our forever family.

Please continue to pray for those processing Jae's paperwork in Korea...
