Here are the first pics of father and son!!!! Jay said the meeting was AMAZING! Thanks for all the prayers....we all feel them! Pray for the rest of their journey and their travels home! Thanks for everyone who has constantly been by our side and praying for us! Only 30+ hours and we will be a Forever Family of 4!!!!!!!!

Soon after J&C learned of their new baby boy, C asked us to pray that baby Jae would know that they were his parents and he would be comforted. So of course we started playing immediately and daily. Not too long after that, a week or so, "the bean" developed her own version of that prayer. Dear God, ... "and help Jae Min to crawl right to them." I'm a friend of Kim Byrd's and my son is from S.Korea. We got him April 16th, 2003. I've been following your blog since Kim told me you had gotten your referral. Jae is precious! Our son's Korean name was Jae also, he is now Jake.
Jake's best friend (since he was 2 years old) is in your daughter's class. Heather and I are good friends, we've been very excited that there will be a new little Korean baby boy here in town! Best to all of you --- our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I love the pictures! He's a real cutie! Aunt Anne tried to email me some pictures but I couldn't open them but I'm sure they were the same pictures. We are so happy for you guys. I hope we have an extended family get together sometime in the next several months so we can see him in person. Also, Miss C is an absolutely beautiful child! We love you guys.

PRECIOUS! It brought tears to my eyes to see Jay with Jae!!! It is SO beautiful to see father with son. Reminds me of when we went to get Ryan and I saw Mike be a daddy for the first time. Prayers for Jay as he brings home that beautiful boy. Happy Day tomorrow!
